Hotel Amigo Nicaragua offers its guests a very cozy and exclusive restaurant. Built entirely of pine wood, this two-story building offers a privileged view of the Masaya volcano. Its decoration and lighting are designed to offer a lot of privacy to each table, favoring the enjoyment of a special gastronomic moment in a romantic and quiet environment.

On the first floor, in a less formal manner, typical continental or American breakfasts are served every morning. The eggs come from our own chicken coop, the vegetables are mostly from our garden and the natural juices are made with the fruits of our garden that has many fruit trees such as orange, tangerine, banana, pitaya, mango, cinnamon, papaya, pineapple among others. Our bread is also homemade. Dinners are served on the second floor with tablecloths, cloth napkins, glasses and good wines, music adapted to a high-level culinary dinner and personalized service.

Our menu, both national and international, aims to offer a variety of dishes prepared with a commitment to health and the palate.

The name of the restaurant comes from that very popular cut of beef in France called “Entrecôte”. It is a cut taken from the ribs that is served boneless; a tender and very flavorful meat.
The Entrecôte cooked to the doneness of your preference is served with a Café de Paris sauce, butter with herbs, and French fries. It is a very tasty delicacy, perfect to share with your better half.
